With our first year of research activities complete we are proud to share our first Annual Report.
This Annual Report outlines the progress and strategic direction of research activities in the first 12 months of the RACE for 2030 Cooperative Research Centre Pathways to Net Zero Precincts (NZP) project as we look to accelerate the transition towards net zero precincts in our cities.
Covering research activity highlights across the four pathways: Certification, Consumer Energy Resources (CER) and Grid Integration, Governance Practices, and Urban Design; updates of technical and regulatory changes in this rapidly evolving space; preliminary research findings; and our knowledge-sharing activities, we are proud to share the progress made in this formative and grounding year for the project.
With now over 20 researchers involved in this project, six active case studies and growing, and our first year under our belt we are looking forward to what’s to come and sharing our insights and learnings widely in the months and years to come.
