The Pathways to Net Zero Precincts family heads on a case study tour

Today the Pathways to Net Zero Precincts family jumped on a bus and headed off on an ol’ school excursion to visit a number of the WA case study sites that form this RACEfor2030 research project.

Nothing like a bus ride across the vast WA metropolis to have those knotty conversations, build bonds and spark ideas for radical collaboration – an essential ingredient in this project and for any just, net zero transformation project.

Over the course of the day we visited East Village and the Knutsford Precinct, Peel Business Park, Roe Industrial Park and Rivermark, hearing all about the ins-and-outs, challenges and opportunities of these leading projects from industry partners including DevelopmentWA and Hesperia, with Western Power and Hawaiian joining us too.
