Over 10 development sites from across Australia form the case studies for this research.

Through collaboration across industry, government and academia, interventions at these sites will help us understand and find solutions to creating net zero precincts.

Across the sites, there are a range of typologies to test and learn from – residential, mixed-use, light industrial and transit corridors.

Because the sites are at different stages of development, from design through to construction and operation, continuous learning can take place. For example, insights we gain from the operations of one site can inform the design phases of another.
